This project involved the production of oversized vintage brass chandeliers designed as central visual features for grand interior spaces. The primary challenge lay in maintaining classical ornamental richness while ensuring structural reinforcement suitable for large dimensions and long-term installation safety.

We developed a modular internal frame to support the extended arm span and layered decorative components. Each brass element was cast using the lost-wax process to preserve deep relief details, followed by multi-stage hand finishing to achieve a naturally aged vintage surface tone. Electrical routing, joint stability, and load-bearing calculations were carefully integrated into the design phase to ensure the chandelier’s performance matched its visual scale.

Segmented assembly solutions were engineered to simplify transportation and on-site installation, minimizing risk during project delivery. The completed chandeliers provided both historical visual character and modern structural reliability, highlighting our strength in large-scale French brass lighting production.
